- You count as a newcomer based on your visa or residence history: a student, work, permanent residence, business immigrant or Express Entry visa, or becoming a legal resident of Canada for the first time. The official rules give the exact dates.
- Employees, officers, directors and agents of 55 Rush, Canadian Newcomers Network, CIBC or any contest partner can’t enter, and neither can anyone who lives with one.
- One Canadian Newcomers Network account and one set of entries per person.
- Your Canadian Newcomers Network account must be created before the contest ends.
